A Balanced Approach to Nutrition: - This seminar describes the basic concepts of nutrition, and explains dietary guidelines for healthy eating. Participants will be guided on how to make healthy food choices. They will also learn how to read and understand food product labeling and make healthy supermarket choices. Sample products are brought in for analysis and discussion.

The Secrets to Cross Training & Interval Training: - These forms of exercise are proven methods to speed up metabolism, increasing endurance levels, and build muscle tone. A variety of exercises will be discussed and participants will learn how to make their workouts varied and challenged.

Learn How to Eat Out and Stay Healthy: - We will discuss how to select restaurant menu items that are healthier and lower in fat and calories. We will also include information when traveling on business. Low fat and low calorie choices as well as ethnic cuisine are covered and suggested.
